I love to hear from you and chat about sewing, but Just Patterns is only operated by me, Delphine, so my response time is often longer than I wish it were.

If you are contacting me because your download link expired, try to include your order number, so I can send you a new link as soon as I get your message.

If your question is about the files you received, please check the zip file you downloaded. It always contains several PDF files including the instructions in English and French, both size ranges and all printing formats available.
