ERRATA

According to the order of construction (p. 7), Step #2 specifies a seam allowance of 1/4 "-0.6 cm for assembling the pocket bags to the lower sides, whereas the detailed instructions (p. 8) mention a seam allowance of 1/2" - 1.2 cm.
The correct seam allowance for step #2 is 1/4" - 0.6 cm.
